An Excursion along the Corridors of our College
Our Teacher Training College is situated in the town of Kataisk, in Matrosov Street. It is a modern three-storey building of a typical design. Let’s go on excursion along the corridors of our college.
On the ground floor you can see a big beautiful hall, where students can have a rest on the sofa, watch TV or look at the time- table. Here there is a cloak-room, a students’ canteen, a director’s cabinet and some study-rooms for classes of music, painting, drawing, art, technology and others.
On the first floor you can see a teachers’ room, a methodical room. A gymnasium, four administrative rooms and some study rooms for classes of Russian, literature, history, mathematics and geography.
On the second floor there are study-rooms and laboratories for classes of Informatic sciences, German, English, physics, chemistry and biology, disciplines of preschool education and others.
Our college is comfortable and clean. On the walls you can see pictures painted by our students and photos of outstanding pedagogues. Big and wide windows are decorated with beautiful curtains.
Near the college there is a hostel, where students from other towns and villages live. The territory around our college is always clean because we tidy it in subbotnics. Here you can see a lot of trees planted by our former students.
In front of the college there is a monument to the students killed in the Great Patriotic War. This monument was designed and made by teachers and students of art graphic department. The volunteers of our college take care of the monument.
